Stations wired together by powerlines share one pool of capacity. Two stations on the same wires either both keep up or both brown out together. Separate, unconnected networks are tracked independently below, since a healthy total can still hide one overloaded island.

Covered tiles get real fire-prevention (inspections, hazard enforcement) and ignite less often than baseline. Uncovered tiles get no oversight and ignite more often. As the city grows, coverage radius stays fixed per station. Keep an eye on this % and add stations to keep pace.

Covered tiles get real crime prevention (patrols deter); uncovered tiles get a penalty. City-wide unemployment raises risk everywhere. An incident left unresolved too long causes people to leave that tile. Build coverage and keep employment healthy to keep this down. Check the notifications panel for individual incidents as they happen.
